Minimum age

You may use Verse-Battle.net only if you are at least 16 years old. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

Account rules

• Use accurate account information where required.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Do not sell, transfer or share accounts.
• Do not impersonate other people, brands, artists or staff.
• Do not use bots, scripts or technical manipulation to gain advantages.

Battle and lobby rules

• Follow the selected lobby rules, time limits and upload limits.
• No self-voting, vote manipulation or collusion.
• No abusive behaviour, spam or disruption of the game flow.
• Hosts may remove players before a battle starts where the platform allows it.

User uploads and music rights

You may upload only content for which you have all required rights. This includes vocals, lyrics, samples, beats, loops and any third-party material contained in your upload.

• Do not upload commercial songs, instrumentals, acapellas, samples or copyrighted works unless you have permission.
• You are responsible for your uploaded content.
• You grant Verse-Battle.net a simple, non-exclusive, worldwide right to store, process, transcode, display, stream and make your upload available within the platform for gameplay, moderation and technical operation.
• This licence ends when the content is deleted, except where retention is necessary for security, legal defence or abuse handling.

Platform beats

Beats provided inside Verse-Battle.net may be used for participation in Verse-Battle sessions and related internal gameplay features unless a separate beat licence says otherwise. Downloading a beat does not automatically grant commercial release rights.

Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, reset XP, correct rankings, suspend accounts or terminate accounts if users violate these Terms, the Community Rules, law or third-party rights.

Availability and changes

Verse-Battle.net may change, pause or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage of uploads or permanent availability of XP, rankings or achievements.

Reports and complaints

Illegal content, copyright complaints, abuse and rule violations can be reported through the Report Content page or by email. We may ask for additional information where needed.
